Approve the transfer of a generic domain (gTLD)

If you have reached this page, it means you have successfully requested the transfer and you have access to the email account of the domain’s administrative contact in order to approve the transfer. The steps to follow are the following:

Step 1

You must locate the acceptance email in the email account of the administrative contact. It is an email sent from cdmon.com with the subject cdmon.com Transfer Authorization for mydomain TLD – Domain transfer authorization for mydomain.com TLD (where mydomain.com TLD will be the domain to be transferred). The body of the message is similar to the following image:

To access the transfer approval page, you must click the link highlighted in yellow.

Step 2

A screen will open where you can approve or deny the transfer:

Once you have selected Yes, I want to accept the transfer to cdmon.com (10Dencehispahard, S.L.) and clicked Submit, the transfer confirmation will appear.

From this moment, you will be informed of the transfer status by email. From the moment the administrative contact approves it until the domain is fully transferred to cdmon, it usually takes 5 days. Whether it takes less depends exclusively on the losing provider.
