Automatic balance renewal, such as activating it in the control panel and activating massive automatic renewal

The main features of automatic domain renewal using the balance method are as follows:

 

- A notification of the renewal charge is sent 1 month before it is processed

- The charge is made 14 days before the domain expires

- A notification is sent 15 days in advance if the card expires

- A notification is sent if the card has been removed and had any domains with automatic renewal associated with it

 

 

How to add balance in your cdmon Control Panel

 

From your cdmon Control Panel, you can add balance for the payment and renewal of services. To do so, access the Billing dropdown and click on the Payment control option.

Next, go to the "Balance" section and access "Add balance":

A window will open requesting the amount of balance you want to add. It is important to note that this amount is in Euros (€).  

After clicking "Accept", another notification will appear indicating that the balance has been added to the cart, so you just need to go to it and proceed with the payment. Simply click "Accept" again: 

You will be redirected to the shopping cart to complete the payment. Once done, the balance will be added to your cdmon account, which you can use to renew any type of product.

 

How to enable automatic renewal with balance, individually and in bulk

 

To enable automatic renewal with balance for any of your cdmon products, go to the "Renewals" section of your Control Panel:

If you want to enable automatic renewal only for a specific product, go to the "Service list" section and activate the button in the "Automatic renewal" column for the desired product:

A window will open with the payment method you want to associate with this automatic renewal. You must select the "Balance" option:

 

 

If your cdmon account has available balance, the button will appear with automatic renewal enabled.

 

Enable automatic renewal in bulk

 

If you want to enable automatic renewal for all your cdmon services using Balance, go to the main section within the "Renewals Center" and click on "Activate now" in the section that shows all products without automatic renewal enabled:

A recommendation from the cdmon team will appear, indicating that we recommend enabling automatic renewal for ALL your services. Click on "Activate" to proceed:

Finally, it will ask for the payment method to associate with the automatic renewal of all your services. In this case, you must select "Balance": 

If your cdmon account has available balance, the button will appear with automatic renewal enabled for all your services
