ConnectiLogs | Access Management to the cdmon Control Panel

The ConnectiLogs tool is designed to offer clear and simple access to the logs of the hosting services you have created in your control panel.

From this section, you can view and analyze server logs through an intuitive panel, accessible to both beginners and experts. Its main objective is to facilitate log interpretation, helping you make informed decisions about your site's operation and security.

Access ConnectiLogs from the Control Panel
  • Log in to your cdmon control panel.
Make sure you have access to your account to view the available tools.

  • In the top bar, click the "ConnectiLogs" button.
You will be directed to the main ConnectiLogs panel:

Control Panel Logins
The Control Panel Logins panel in ConnectiLogs allows you to review in detail all access attempts made to your control panel. With this tool, you can detect failed attempts, analyze which locations connections come from, and keep track of access activity. It is a key function to strengthen your account's security and detect possible unauthorized access.

To start reviewing access attempts, you must first apply a date filter. This way, you can only consult the day range you are interested in analyzing.
  • From and To: Use these two fields to select the specific period you want to review. You can consult a single day or several months, depending on your needs.
Once the dates are selected, press the "Filter" button to display the results. Only records corresponding to that range will be loaded.
Note: If you detect any suspicious access, we recommend expanding the date range to see if there have been more previous attempts from that same IP.

When applying the date filter, an initial summary will be displayed in two boxes, allowing you to see the activity level at a glance:
  • Failed logins: Shows the total number of failed attempts within the selected period. A high number of failures may indicate unauthorized access attempts or errors entering credentials.
  • Successful logins: Indicates the total number of successful access attempts recorded in that period. It is a quick way to see how many times the panel has been successfully accessed.

Logins by IP
This section allows you to view, grouped by IP, all login attempts that have occurred. This way, you can see which addresses access most frequently and detect if any unknown IP has tried to enter.
  • IP: The IP address from which the attempt was made.
  • Country: The location associated with that IP.
Note: The location is obtained from external databases and may not be updated in real time.
  • Successful logins: Number of successful access attempts from that IP.
  • Failed logins: Number of failed attempts from that IP.

If you prefer to save or analyze the data outside of ConnectiLogs, you can download a complete report in CSV format from the top right. This allows you to work with the data in Excel or any other tool.

Detailed Logins
If you want to review each access attempt in detail, this section shows a complete record of every attempt, whether successful or failed. Here you have all the information necessary to analyze any suspicious behavior.
  • Time: Exact date and time when the attempt was made.
  • IP: Detected IP address.
  • Country: Location of the IP.
  • Session type: Indicates whether the attempt was successful (successful login) or failed (credential error or other reason).

As in the previous section, you can download a complete report in CSV format from the top right. This allows you to work with the data in Excel or any other tool.
