Discount codes for your purchases

What is a discount code for and how to get one

 

When you have a discount code provided by cdmon, it can be used for new purchases. Currently, you can use it for domain registrations, transfers and renewals, and new purchases and renewals of shared hosting (there may be codes that restrict the type of product to which the discount applies).

Discount codes (also called coupons) are provided directly by cdmon. Most commonly, we send them to you by email. You will receive them whenever a promotion is launched that you can benefit from.

 

Using the discount code

 

Once you have the products in your shopping cart, you must go to the last step of the cart to enter the promotional code. It is in the final step "Confirm order":

 

 

A text box will appear to enter the code. Click on Apply code so that the price is recalculated with the discount.

 

If it indicates that the code is not correct, it may be due to several reasons:

 

• The code you entered is different from the one we sent you. Check that you have copied it correctly.
• The code has already been used previously and the order has been processed with the discount applied. In this case, the code has already been used.
• A previous order where you entered the discount code has not been processed. In this case, you must contact us so we can check it, and if the order with the associated discount is not going to be processed, we will delete the order so that you can use the code again.
