Domain Management: Transfer one domain to another cdmon user
To transfer the domain to another cdmon user, you must access the management of the domain you want to transfer. To do this, click on the Domain option in the Basic Service List.
In the domain management screen, you must click the option Transfer to another user.
On this screen you must complete the fields Username and Verify username, entering the username (NOT the user’s email address) of the person to whom you want to transfer the domain. Once the username has been entered in both fields, click on Transfer domain, and the domain will be transferred automatically to the indicated user.
To complete the process, the migration request must be accepted by both parties, the current user and the new user. They will receive an email at their respective contact addresses.
Next, you will receive an email with the subject Internal product migration initiated with the following text:
Dear customer,We inform you that an internal migration has been requested for the following product:Domain dominioejemplo.comTo complete the migration, you must confirm your approval as the current user of the product at the following link:https://admin.cdmon.com/es/transferir-producto?dades[data]=U2FsdGVkX18NIk%2FJv05JxaVk5BLBKucYvcTNMXPWI0F7NkkAu1BY%2FlO%2FzfJOnce both users have given their approval, the migration will be completed and both users will be notified by email.
If both parties do not confirm the operation within a maximum period of 60 days, the internal migration request will not be completed and will be discarded.

You also have the option to cancel or restart the migration in case either of the two users has not received the acceptance email.
Once both emails are accepted, the process finishes correctly, and you will receive an email with the subject Internal product migration completed at your contact address with the following text:
We inform you that the internal migration for the following product has been successfully completed: Domain dominioejemplo.com
