How to enable automatic renewal of a domain
If you have money in the Balance or you have the payment-by-card system active, you can enable automatic renewal. With this renewal method, domains will automatically be renewed fourteen days before the expiry date.
To enable automatic renewal, you must access "Renovations" from your dashboard. We can also activate automatic renewal by clicking on "Activate now", but it does so massively, not for a particular domain:
On the Renewal Center screen, click on "Automatic Renewal" button to activate this.
Enabling this option will appear a screen where you can choose the payment method for automatic domain renewal.
How to activate automatic renewal by card
If you select a card, and you already have a card enabled in the system, that option will automatically be activated in the selected domain.
If you have not activated the card before, the system will tell you and give you instructions to do so.
If you click on the option save a card you will access the "Payment Control" screen where you can add a card by clicking on the option New saved card.
To continue with the process you must confirm the discharge of the card by reading and accepting the data storage conditions.
Finally, you will appear the screen to add the card:
Once the card is added it returns to the first step and activates automatic renewal using the card payment method.
How to enable automatic renewal with Balance
On the other hand, if you select the option as a payment method Balance and you already have that option enabled before, the domain will automatically be linked to balance renewal.
When automatic renewal is enabled, the "automatic renewal" icon will become highlighted green in the "list of registered domains" menu.
If you do not have activated the balance the system will redirect you to the option of adding balance to your user. Click on add balance to your account.
On the "Ball" screen click on the option Enter balance.
You can also add the balance without attempting to activate automatic renewal, so we must go to "Billing" and "Payment Control":
You must then go to the "Ball" section and access "Enter Balance":
A window will open requiring the amount of balance we want to enter. It is important that this amount is in Euros €.
In giving you "Accept" another notification will appear to us indicating that the balance has been added to the cart, so we only need to go to it and proceed with payment. Just click on "OK" again:
Once you have entered the balance, go back to the first step and activates automatic renewal by balance.
Our system processes domains that have the option of Automatic Renewal activated and when they lack less than 14 days to expire, he proceeds to renew them.
If for any reason, you did not have enough money in your Balance to pay the price of renewal, a message is sent to your contact address informing you that the renewal could not be carried out so that you enter money into your Balance as soon as possible.
