Access to the Test Platform is done just like access to any hosting, through the "Basic List of Services" or from the "List of Hosted Plans" in the cdmon Control Panel.
Access from the Basic List of Services
Access from the List of Hosted Plans
Once you agree to the management of the Test Platform you will see a gray rectangle at the head of the page. In that rectangle you can see the button to publish the platform (contract hosting) and access data to the page while it is not public to anyone.
If you cannot set up the domain, to access the test platform website, you can use the mialias.net domain. To do this, enter example.org.mialias.net into your browser bar (example.org is the name of your domain associated with the hosting).
User entry and password
When accessing address (URL), a validation box is displayed in which you must enter the data that appears in the gray rectangle in the management of the Test Platform. If you do not enter the data, the website will not be displayed.
If you have installed a content manager (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla or Prestashop on the Test Platform, you have to bear in mind that this pop-up window is not where you have to enter the access data. In this window you must enter the data in the gray box indicated above.
Once the data is entered, you will be able to view the page as a normal website.
The test platform is the same as any other cdmon hosting but totally free until it is published.
You can configure all the options in the hosting management panel, except gray, not active on the test platform:
Features of the platform:
As it is a test hosting, these characteristics cannot be modified until the website is published.
To publish the Test Platform, click on the Publish button on the gray rectangle and select the type of hosting that best suits your project needs from among the different offers offered and, automatically, to be a platform.
Just as the features of the Test Platform cannot be modified, email accounts cannot be activated, i.e. they can be created and configured but appear inactive until the moment you publish the web. Thus, when you hire a web hosting, the accounts will already appear active.
