The autoresponder allows you to automatically send an email to the source address of any received email. Keep in mind that if you have redirects enabled, the autoresponder will not work.
To activate and configure it, follow these steps.
1.-Enter the hosting email management section
To activate the autoresponder, access the Manage email section from the "Basic services list".
2.-Enter the email account settings
Click on the Autoresponder link located in the "Actions" section of the account where you want to activate the autoresponder.
3.-Activate autoresponder
On the "Autoresponder" screen, you must click on the Disabled option in order to configure the autoresponder.
Once the autoresponder is activated, you can enter the email subject and text. You can also specify that the autoresponder only works during a certain time range.
Once the autoresponder is configured, click Save autoresponder so the changes are applied.
When you click Save autoresponder, a message will automatically appear confirming that the modification has been completed successfully and where you must click Accept.
