How to change the password for an email account
If you need to change the password of any email accounts created on your hosting, you must follow these simple steps.
1.-Manage the hosting email
Access the "Manage email" section from the basic service list.
2.-Email account settings
Click on the link of the email account whose password you want to modify.
3.-Change the password
A secure password must meet the following requirements:
- Contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and two or more special characters (@, #, $, %, &, /, =, ?, ¿, !, etc.).
- Mix numbers and letters.
- Be longer than eight characters.
Additionally, it is recommended to change the password regularly for greater security.
Enter the new password in the "New password" and "Repeat password" fields. Once done, click Save to save the modification.
A notification window informs you whether the change has been completed successfully.
