How to change the payment method from the shopping cart
It is possible that at the time of payment you want to change the payment method you have assigned automatically or simply because you only have one method to do so.
Below, we show you how to change the payment method from the shopping cart.
In the "Cart start", first of all you must select the period you want to renew and then go to "Next step"
If you have already logged into the control panel and have your registration data and payment method assigned, you will go directly to the Order confirmation
From the "Order details" you must go to "Payment method" and click on "Change"
Then, you will access the "Payment methods" and you can change the method you prefer, which include:
- Visa/Mastercard card: If we choose card, the card payment gateway of the bank that provides this service will appear.
- Transfer: If we choose deposit/transfer, the details of our bank account where you can make the deposit will appear.
- Paypal: If we choose Paypal, PayPal payments have a surcharge of 1.8% + €0.35, which corresponds to the difference in PayPal fees compared to Visa/MasterCard card payments.
- Direct Debit: If we choose Direct Debit, depending on the frequency we have selected, cdmon will issue a bank direct debit for the corresponding amount, and the automatic renewal will be made.
Once the payment method has been chosen, we must read and accept the contracting conditions to continue with the process.
Finally, proceed with the selected payment and confirm the billing information in the final step.
