If you are unable to access your cdmon user account, you have the option to create a ticket without needing to log in. To do this, go to cdmon.com and click the Contact 24/7 button in the top right corner:
Clicking there will take you to the cdmon contact section. In this case, go to the "Write to us" section and click on "Go to the form":
It will redirect you to a contact form, where you should write your query. Once you send the response, the ticket will have been created.
