How to delete a card for automatic payments

From your cdmon control panel, you can delete a card used for payments and service renewals, either to remove this payment method or to add a different card.
 
To do this, go to the Billing dropdown and click on Payment methods.
 
 
Here you will find the "Saved cards" section, where the card associated with your account is displayed. To the right of the card, you will find a red cross button. Click this button   to start the deletion process.


After clicking the red cross, a message will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to delete the card. The message will inform you that, once the card is removed, automatic domain renewal will not be possible, as it can only be done using a card. If you are sure, click "Accept":
 
 
The panel will process your request and display a confirmation message indicating that the card has been deleted. Click "Accept" to close the confirmation message:
 
 
Once you have confirmed the deletion of the card, you will automatically return to the "Saved cards" section, where you can verify that no card is associated anymore.
