How to enable developer hosting

The hosting for developers is a functionality that allows you to install essential tools for the development of web applications, such as the terminal client PHP (version 8.3), Composerwp-cli, and the customers of GIT and SVN.

Important: If you have a version prior to 8.1 php version active, the Hosting for developers will not be active and to activate SSH and/or Git, it will be necessary to follow the instructions in the following links:

To enable developer hosting, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your cdmon account and go to the management of the hosting which you want to enable:

2. From hosting management look for the section "File managers" and select the option "Hosting for developers".

3. Within this section, you will find a button that allows you to activate the service. You just need to press the button to start activation.

If at any point you wish to disable the service, just re-click the "button" again.

We are working on an improved version of this service. If you have any suggestions or improvements you would like to make, do not hesitate to contact our technical department.
