When you have your cdmon email configured in the Outlook application, you can import and export emails locally from your device:
To start both the import and export process, you need to access File in the initial Outlook menu:

Next, go to Open & Export and click Import/Export to begin:

Export email
In the wizard that opens, the first thing we will do is export the email. To do this, select the option '' Export to a file ''.

Next, the file type to create will be the first option (Outlook Data File .pst)

Then we will select what we want to back up: a specific folder or the complete mailbox and its subfolders.

We select where we want to store the copy we are creating and, under Options, choose ''Replace duplicates with items exported''.
Once we click the ''Finish'' button, the export we have configured to the file will begin.

The system asks for a password; this is to encrypt and secure the file. It depends on whether the user wants to do this or not, but it is not recommended.

Import email
In the wizard that opens, we will import the email into the email account configured from scratch, recover emails, etc. To do this, select the option ''Import from another program or file''.

In the file type selection that we are going to import, select ''Outlook Data File .pst ''.

Using the "Browse" button, find where the .pst file we created during the backup is stored, and also leave the first option ''Replace duplicates with items imported'' selected.

Now it asks us to indicate where we want to restore this copy. Select the mailbox folder you want. Leave the rest of the options as they are.
