How to renew or reactivate web hosting

 
Renewing or reactivating your web hosting is a quick and easy action that you can perform from your cdmon control panel. To do so, follow the instructions below.

1.- Access the management of your hosting by clicking on the Hosting option in the "Basic services list".
 
 
2.- On the hosting management screen, you can see the "Hosting information" section, where you will find basic information about your hosting such as the domain name, plan type, owner, etc. In this section, click on the Renew option in the "Expiration" area.
 
 
3.- When you click on the "Renew" option, the following message will appear, where you must click on go to the shopping cart to continue with the renewal or activation process of the hosting.
 
 
4.- In the shopping cart, you can see a list of the added products, where you will find your hosting. By default, the annual period is selected, but it can be changed to quarterly or semi-annual depending on your needs. Once you have reviewed the renewal details and chosen the period (annual, quarterly or semi-annual), click on Next step and continue with the payment process.
 
 
Note: If you choose bank deposit/transfer, our bank account details will be displayed so you can make the payment. If you choose Visa or MasterCard, the bank’s card payment gateway will appear. If you choose Direct Debit, depending on the selected billing period, cdmon will issue a bank debit for the corresponding amount and the renewal will be carried out automatically. If you choose PayPal, PayPal payments include a surcharge of 1% + €0.35, which corresponds to the difference in PayPal fees compared to Visa / MasterCard card payments.
