To renew the Multihost service, access your Multihost from the cdmon Control Panel.
By default it shows the annual period, but it can be changed to monthly, quarterly or semi-annual according to your needs. Once we have reviewed the renewal details, click "Next Step".
On the next screen we are asked which user we want to associate the Multihost renewal with. By default it shows the user we are logged in with in the Control Panel, but we can link it to another client or even to a new one. Click "Continue" to proceed with the renewal process.
Payment methods
We must select the payment method: bank deposit/transfer, Visa/Mastercard, direct debit or PayPal.
If we choose deposit/transfer, the details of our bank account will appear so that we can make the transfer.
If we choose Visa or Mastercard, the bank’s card payment gateway will appear to complete the payment.
If we choose Direct Debit, depending on the selected billing period, cdmon will issue a bank debit for the corresponding amount and the renewal will be processed automatically.
If we choose PayPal, PayPal payments include a surcharge of 1.8% + €0.35, which corresponds to the difference between PayPal fees and Visa/MasterCard card payments.
Once the payment method has been selected, we must read and accept the contract conditions to continue with the process.
Billing details
When all these details have been entered, click "Next Step". The screen will appear with the renewal details, billing information and payment methods.
At this point we can modify the data. If the information is correct, click "Next Step".
Depending on the payment method chosen, we will be redirected to the page where the payment for the order will be completed.
