How to retrieve the cdmon Control Panel Password

If you have forgotten your password to access the cdmon Control Panel, you can recover access from the cdmon website.
 
Access the cdmon website: https://www.cdmon.com/en/ and click on Control Panel. 
 
 
In the "Forgot your password?" section, follow the instructions in the text and enter the email address associated with your cdmon user account so we can send you the details to create a new access password. Click on Send.
 
 
If the email address entered is correct, you will receive an email from cdmon for password recovery. Open the email and click on the link that will allow you to change your password.
 
 
Once you click the link, you will access the "Password Recovery" screen where you will need to enter the new password in both fields and click Change password.
 
 
If you have entered the password correctly and following the required security protocols, you will see the following message confirming that you have successfully updated the password for your cdmon Control Panel. 



I do not receive the email to reset my password when entering my email address in 'Forgot your password', what can I do?
If after entering your email address you do not receive our automatic message in your inbox, we recommend checking the SPAM folders or similar to verify that it is not in any of these. If you still do not receive the email to reset your access, you will need to proceed with a control panel user recovery process, which involves manually validating your user data. You can send this attached document to the address administracion@cdmon.com if this is the case.
