How to return a newly hired hosting

When you purchase a hosting plan from cdmon, you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service provided by cdmon, you can opt for a refund of the amount paid for that product. 

 

To do this, go to your hosting management, go to the "Product" section and click on "Payments and renewals":

 

 

Next, go to "Satisfaction guarantee" and click on "Initiate refund":

 

 

Finally, you will access the refund management. There you can see the payment method used, the service to be refunded, and you only need to briefly write the reason for the refund:

 

 

To finish the process, click on "Process refund".
