How to set up mail from the Manage panel

 
The "Gestiona Panel" or "White Label Panel" allows a user to manage their email account without needing access to the cdmon Control Panel. From this panel, the user can change the account password, activate an autoresponder, or create email forwards.
 
To perform these actions, follow these steps:
 
1.- Access the panel
 
In any browser, type the address http://example.org/manage and use your email account to enter the username and password.
 
 
Note: The white label panel requires two-factor authentication to be enabled. This means that a security code will be sent to the email account you want to use to log in. You can find more information at this link.
 
 
2.- Modify the options
 
Once inside, you can access the following tabs:
 
  • General data
 In this tab, you can see the used space, the account address, modify the real name, and activate the quota exceeded warning.
 
 
  •  Password
 In this section, you can change the account password. To change the password, enter the new password twice and click the Save password option.
 
 
  • Forwards
From this tab, you can create as many email forwards as needed. To create an email forward, enter the destination address in the "Create a new forward" field and click Create forward
 
 
Once created, you must choose whether you want a copy to be kept in the cdmon email account (“With copy”) or for the email to only arrive at the destination address (“Without copy”).
 
 
To delete a forward, click the button with an "X" in the "Delete forward" column.
 
 
  • Autoresponder
Section to create an autoresponder. To create the autoresponder, check the option Enable autoresponder. Then write the email subject and its content. You can also specify that the autoresponder only works during a specific time period.
 
Please note that if you have forwards enabled, the autoresponder cannot be activated.
