How to set up mail in Outlook 365
At cdmon you can configure your email accounts in different email clients. Outlook 365 allows you to configure your email account either automatically or manually.
Below, we explain how to configure it manually.
In this example, we use the account “demo@example.org”. This address must be replaced with the email account you want to configure.
1.-Initial account setup
When you access Outlook for the first time, the following screen will appear, where you must enter the email account you want to configure. Then click on advanced options, keep the option to configure the account manually selected, and click Connect.
Next, you will access the advanced account settings, where you will be asked to select the type of account you want to configure. To configure a cdmon account, you must select POP or IMAP depending on the type of account you want:
In this example, we are going to configure the account as IMAP. Automatically, Outlook will ask for the incoming and outgoing server details along with their corresponding ports:
After clicking "Next", you will be asked to enter the password for the email account. Once entered, click Connect.
If the application validates all the entered data, the account should be added to your Outlook 365:
