How to start a chat conversation with our technical team

In this guide we will show you how to open a Chat with our technical team. To do this, go to our main website cdmon.com, and at the top, click where it says Contact 24/7.
Next, go to the "Chat" section and click on "Start chat" as shown in the following image:
Finally, a new window will open where you can start your query or request.
At the top, just below where it says "cdmon", you can see the average response time of the latest replies.
IMPORTANT: Our chat service is only available from 09:00 to 17:00 on all business days. If you try to contact us through this channel, you will receive an automatic message informing you of these hours
