At cdmon you have the option to migrate or transfer web hosting internally to another user.
 
In the Internal migration option that appears in the 'Product' section of the hosting management panel, you can perform different operations to transfer hosting.
 
 
In this option you can transfer your hosting to another cdmon user. To do this, you have to click the  Migrate to another user option.
 
You will go to a screen where you have to enter the name of the user to whom you want to transfer the hosting. You have to enter the name twice, once in the 'Username' field and once in the 'Verify username' field, and click the Migrate now option.
 
If the user has not been created previously, we provide the 'create the user' link to create it.
Once the user has been created and validated, when you migrate the hosting, the change is made automatically and without loss of connectivity.


A window will appear indicating that the hosting will continue to have the same owner and that the billing details will be transferred to the user in question.

 

 
To finish, the migration request must be accepted by both parties, the current user and the new user. They will receive an email at their respective contact addresses.

 

 
The email they will receive has the subject Internal product migration started and contains the following text. You must access the link that appears in your email to accept the migration:
 
Dear customer,
We inform you that the internal migration has been requested for the following product:
Testing platform hosting exampledomain.com. For the migration to take effect, you must confirm your agreement as the current user of the product at the following link:
Once both users give their agreement, the migration will be completed and users will be notified by email.
If both parties do not confirm the operation within a maximum period of 60 days, the internal migration request will not be completed and will be discarded.

If you access Internal migration again from the control panel, you can see the status of the migration. You also have the option to cancel or restart the migration, in case either of the two users has not received the acceptance email.

 

 
As soon as both emails are accepted, the process will be completed successfully; you will receive an email at your contact address with the following text:
