How to turn the FTP service on or off
To disable the FTP service, you must access themanagement of accommodationand click on the iconFtpwhich you can find in the 'File managers'.
Within FTP management, you will find at the top the option to turn the FTP service on and off. You only need to click on the button to activate or leave the FTP.
Deactivation of the service affects all users equally, both the main and secondary users. This implies that none of them can be connected via webFTP or by an external manager (FileZilla, WinSCP, etc.).
Important: For reasons of server security and stability the service will be deactivated for those accommodation that have been without access via FTP for 30 days. In order to reactivate it, they must only follow the steps in this same guide, and apart, you will need to connect to the server, i.e. access by FTP and automatically disable.
