How to unsubscribe from the CDmon Newsletter

You may no longer wish to receive regular communications from our newsletter or you may have subscribed to it by mistake. In this guide we show how to activate or deactivate the newsletter for a cdmon user.

 

First of all, you need to access the cdmon control panel. Access the panel

 

From there you must access "User management" and go to "Service notifications":

 

 

Then in "Notifications and addresses":

 

 

In this window you can manage the email accounts where each type of communication is sent and also activate or deactivate the sending of our commercial newsletter for that cdmon user. On the right side, the button you need to click appears:
