How to use massive PHP management in a CDmon user

How to use massive PHP management in a cdmon user

It is possible that at some point you have needed to modify the PHP version of many hostings or wanted to revert to a PHP version that was previously assigned to several hosting accounts.

In this guide, we show the steps to follow in order to perform a bulk modification of the PHP version across multiple cdmon hosting accounts. We will also explain how to revert massively to the previously assigned PHP version.

The very first step is to access the hosting list associated with your cdmon user account.

You must click on “Hosting List” if the bulk modification applies to shared hosting accounts. If, on the other hand, you want to perform the modification on hostings within a virtual or dedicated server, you must click on “Virtual/Dedicated Servers”:

From this screen, you can manage all the hosting accounts associated with your cdmon user. To perform the bulk modification, you must select the hosting accounts where you want to apply the change. They should remain checked as shown in the image:

Once the hosting accounts are selected, click on “Actions” and the options “Change PHP version” and “Revert to previous PHP version” will be displayed:

Bulk change PHP version

When accessing the first option, “Change PHP version”, the panel will redirect you to a dropdown menu where you can select the PHP version you want to assign to all selected hosting accounts. Once the version is selected, click on “Modify Data”:

Revert to the previous PHP version

If you access the second option, “Revert to previous PHP version”, the panel will then display a warning indicating that all selected hosting accounts will be assigned the PHP version they had previously before the current one, regardless of whether those versions differ between hosting accounts:
