How to view and manage the history of our cdmon user connections

To increase security and connection control for your cdmon user account, we have implemented a connection history where you can manage open and closed connections, as well as see the connection date, the IP from which it was made, and its country.

How can we view the connection history?

To access the connection history, we will go to the User Management section and click on User and Security:

Once inside User and Security, we must go to the "Connection History" section:

When accessing this section, we will see a breakdown like the following:

To close any connections that may be open in your control panel, we must click on the green button "Close open connections":

If we click on the button, it will ask us to confirm whether we want to close the open connections in the panel:

Once we confirm and it is processed, we should see a panel notification that the open connections have been successfully closed:

In the "Connection History" section we can see the date of the last access, the IP of that connection, and the country from which that IP originates.

We can also download this history in .csv format to have it locally.
