From the "Balance control panel" you can perform different actions such as adding balance or configuring the threshold. You can also review the history of both deposits and usage. 

 

Please note that the "Balance" option is intended for paying for new domain registrations or domain renewals.

 

To access the balance control, click on the Billing dropdown and go to the Payment control option.



At the bottom of the payment control page, you can manage your cdmon user balance. You have the option to Add balance or View balance billing history.



If you want to Add balance, a window will appear where you can enter the amount. You must enter the amount in € and it will automatically be added to the shopping cart to proceed with payment.

 

 
A confirmation window will appear informing you that the amount has been added to the cart. Click Accept.



You will automatically be redirected to the shopping cart, where you must click Next step and follow the checkout process to complete the payment.


Once the payment is completed, the available balance will appear in the top bar of the panel:



If you access View billing history, you will find the following sections:

  • Current balance information.
  • Threshold warning information.
  • History of the last 10 deposits.
  • History of the last 10 usage invoices.

Current balance information and threshold warning information.

In the "Current balance information" section, you can add balance by clicking Add balance and view the consumed balance in "Consumed balance".

From the "Threshold warning information" section, you can configure the threshold and notifications when your balance falls below it by clicking Configure threshold. For more information click here.


History of the last 10 deposits.

From this table, you can view all deposits made to your cdmon account. The table includes:

  • Deposit date: date of the transaction.
  • Reference: invoice number.
  • Payment method: method used.
  • Amount: deposited amount.

You can also download the full list of deposits in CSV by clicking Download full list in CSV.

History of the last 10 usage invoices.

From this table, you can view all operations carried out using your balance in cdmon. The table includes:

  • Usage date: date of the transaction.
  • Reference: invoice number.
  • Amount: consumed amount.
