Once you decide which program to use, since it is a .csv file, click accept on the screen shown so that the file download begins. Once completed, the template is shown with an example explaining how you should proceed to enter the new email accounts.
Column A: Email accounts you import into the new domain.
Column B: Password of the email accounts we are processing.
Column C: Total mailbox capacity on the old server; it cannot exceed 5 GB if the account is basic and 20 GB if the account is Premium.
Once you have placed the email accounts with the necessary information, save the file in an easily accessible location.
5.- Select .csv document
Once the .csv document has been created, you must import it. To do this, click the Select file option to select the file created and click Create accounts so that the accounts you have included in the CSV file start being created.
6.- Account verification
Once the import is complete, you will receive an email to your service information account. Once you receive that email, your email accounts will already be created and you can start using them.
