Procedure for validating the email of the change of holder of a gTLD

According to ICANN regulations, when the name or email of the domain owner's contact is modified, the change must be validated by both the current and the new contact via email. When you modify the domain owner's email, the system shows the following message.

This message means that an email has been sent to both the current and the new contact to approve the change. On the "Modify contact details" page, you will see the following message indicating that there is an ongoing ownership change process.

If for any reason you cannot access the current email to validate the change, you must contact cdmon using the phone number listed in the domain owner's contact.
