Renew Managed dedicated server

In the following tutorial, we explain how to renew a Managed Dedicated Server. 

 

Access your cdmon control panel, go to the server management section, and click on the Renew option to add the Managed Dedicated Server to your shopping cart.

An information message will appear confirming that the renewal of the Dedicated Server has been added to the shopping cart.

By default, the period will show as “Annual,” but you can change it to “Quarterly” or “Semi-annual,” depending on your needs. Once you have reviewed the renewal details, click Next step.

On the next screen, you must select the payment method: bank transfer/deposit, Visa/MasterCard, direct debit, or PayPal.

 

1. If you choose bank transfer/deposit, the bank account details where you can make the payment will appear.
2. If you choose Visa or MasterCard, the credit card payment gateway will appear.
3. If you choose Direct Debit, depending on the period you selected, cdmon will issue a bank debit for the corresponding amount, and the renewal will be processed automatically.
4. If you choose PayPal, a surcharge of 1.8% + €0.35 will apply, which corresponds to the difference in PayPal fees compared to Visa/MasterCard payments.
   

On the same screen, you can review and modify the billing details. If everything is correct, click Next step.

 

 

In the next step, you will see an order summary: a list of products to renew, billing details, payment method, and the terms and conditions, which you must read and accept. Click Next step to complete your order.

 

 

Depending on the payment method you selected, you will be directed to the page to complete the payment.
