In the following tutorial, we explain how to renew a Virtual Up server.
Access the management of your Virtual server from your cdmon control panel and click on the Renew option to add the Virtual Up server to the shopping cart.
An information message will appear confirming that the Virtual renewal has been added to the shopping cart.
By default, the period “Monthly” will be selected, but you can change it to “Quarterly” or “Semiannual” according to your needs. Once you have reviewed the renewal details, click Next step.
On the next screen, you must select the payment method: bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard, direct debit, or PayPal.
- If you choose bank transfer, you will see the bank account details where you can make the payment.
- If you choose Visa or MasterCard, the card payment gateway will appear.
- If you choose direct debit, depending on the renewal period you selected, cdmon will issue a bank charge for the corresponding amount, and the renewal will be processed automatically.
- If you choose PayPal, a surcharge of 1.8% + €0.35 will be applied, corresponding to the difference in PayPal fees compared to Visa/MasterCard payments.
On the same screen, you can review and modify your billing details. If everything is correct, click Next step.
In the next step, you will see a summary of the order: a list of products to be renewed, billing details, payment method, and the terms and conditions that you must read and accept. Click Next step to complete the order.
Depending on the payment method you selected, you will be redirected to the page to complete the payment for the order.
