If you want to upload your website to the server, you must use an FTP client program.
These programs require the server access details, which you can find in the hosting management in your cdmon Control Panel.
Within the hosting management section, at the top you will see the "Hosting information" section.
At the bottom left you will find the FTP connection details.
The FTP password cannot be viewed from the control panel. If you do not remember it, you can always modify the FTP user password and assign a new one. How to modify the main FTP user password
