Where to view server information

From the cdmon Control Panel, you have the option to view information related to the server where your hosting is hosted, such as IP address and software versions. To view this information, you must access the hosting management by clicking the Hosting option from the 'Basic services list'.

 

 

In the hosting management section, you must go to the "Server" section and access the Server information option, where you will find additional information about the server hosting your website.

 

 

In the "Server information" option, you will find the following information:

 

• IP and home folder

        In this section, you have the web hosting information, such as the web server IP address and the home folder.

 

 

• Mail servers

        In this section, you will find information related to email, such as the POP3, IMAP and SMTP servers, their IP addresses and ports.

 

 

• Software versions of your hosting

        In this section, you can see the software versions installed on the server.

 

  

• Apache (Image loading): the Apache test loads a predefined image that allows you to view the correct operation of the Apache server, as well as the loading speed. The Apache server is responsible for the basic execution of web pages and their components. To start the test, click Start test.
• MySQL (100 queries): the MySQL load test allows you to view the correct operation of the MySQL server and the loading speed of the service. The MySQL server is responsible for executing the MySQL databases stored on the server. To start the test, click Start test.
• Server (WordPress CMS loading): the Server test allows you to view the correct global operation of the server by running a base WordPress installation. WordPress is a CMS widely used on the Internet that combines the use of MySQL databases, the PHP programming language and the web server such as Apache. To start the test, click Start test.
  
• Complete PHP information: the PHP test loads a phpinfo listing that uses a basic PHP command. This listing allows you to view the PHP version running on the server, as well as the supported instructions. To start the test, click Start test.
• Email sending: the email test consists of two phases. In the first, a test message will be sent from the selected account. In the second stage, you must access your email and check that the test email has arrived.
