From the control panel of cdmon you have the option to transfer the management of a domain to another user in a very simple way.
In this guide we will show how to perform a bulk transfer to another individual cdmon user.
Note: Bulk transfer means transferring two or more domains in a single action. If you only want to transfer a single domain, we recommend following this guide: Domain management: Transfer a domain to another cdmon user
To transfer domains to another user, you must access the Domain list from your control panel, as shown below:

Next, select the domains you want to transfer to the other user using the checkboxes on the left of the Registered domains list. Once selected, go to Actions and click on Transfer to another cdmon user as shown in the image:

In the next step, you must indicate the username of the user to whom you want to transfer the domains. To ensure there are no typing errors, you must enter the username twice.

If the username is correct, an information window from the control panel will appear indicating that both users, the current and the new one, will receive an email with a link to confirm the transfer.

After clicking Accept, you will access the internal migration management. From here, you can see the domains requested for migration to the new user and also the status for both users, whether they are Pending acceptance or Accepted if they have already confirmed the transfer:

Both users will receive an email to accept the transfer. They must click on the link to confirm the transfer. The email will look like this:
Dear customer,We inform you that an internal migration has been requested for the following products:Domain exampledomain.comDomain exampledomain1.comTo complete the migration, you must confirm your acceptance as the new user of the product using the following link:Once both users have confirmed, the migration will be completed and both users will be notified by email.If both parties do not confirm the operation within a maximum period of 60 days, the internal migration request will not be completed and will be discarded.For any questions, we are available through cdmon support or by phone at +34 93 826 49 11 - +34 91 182 27 67.Kind regards,The cdmon teamWith this step, you will have accepted the transfer on your side. You only need to wait for the other user to accept the link in their email for the transfer to be completed.
Once both users have accepted, the domain transfer will be completed. You will receive an email like this confirming the process:
