Domain Management: Massively transfer multiple domains to another cdmon user
From the cdmon control panel, you have the option to easily transfer the management of a domain to another user.
In this guide, we will show how to perform a bulk transfer to another individual user.
Note: A bulk transfer is when you want to transfer two or more domains in the same operation. If you only want to transfer a single domain, we recommend following this guide: Domain management: Transfer a domain to another cdmon user
To transfer domains to another user, you must access the Domain list from your control panel as shown:
Next, you must select the domains you want to transfer to the other user using the checkboxes on the left side of the Registered domains list. Once selected, go to Actions and click on Transfer to another cdmon user as shown in the image:
In the next step, you must indicate the username of the user to whom you want to transfer the domains. To ensure there are no typographical errors, you must enter the username twice.
If the username is correct, a Control Panel Information window will appear confirming that both users, the current one and the new one, will receive an email with a link to confirm the transfer.
By clicking Accept, you will access the Internal Migration management screen. From here you can see the domains requested to be transferred to the new user and also the status for both users, whether it is Pending acceptance or Accepted if they have already confirmed the transfer:
Both users will receive an email to approve the transfer. You must click the link to confirm it. The email looks like this:

For the migration to be completed, you must confirm as the current user of the product through the following link:

Once both users have given their approval, the migration will be completed and notified to both users by email.
If both parties do not confirm the operation within a maximum period of 60 days, the internal migration request will not be completed and will be discarded.

With this step, you will have approved the transfer from your side. You only need to wait for the other user to approve the link in their email for the transfer to be completed.
Once both users have accepted it, the domain transfer will be completed. You will receive an email like this to confirm the process:
