Domain Management: Renew a domain
To renew the domain you have two options, from the renewals panel or from the domain management panel.
Below are the two options.
1.- Renewal panel.
In the "Basic List of Services" you must access the renewal panel at the top of the screen, where you will be marked the number of renewals you have pending.
In the "renewal panel" or "renewal Center" you can see the services you have contracted and which are pending renewed. You must click on the optionRenewalin each of the services you want to renew and automatically the product will be added to the shopping cart.
Pressing on the "Renew" option you will see the "Go to Cart" option. You must click this option to go to the shopping cart and make the last part of the renewal.
From the car you can select the renewal period (1,2,3,5 or 10 years). When you have the domain or domains in the shopping cart, tap on the optionNext stepto follow the payment process and complete the renewal process.
2.- Domain management panel
Once the "Renew Now" option is pressed, you will appear the "Domain added to cart" option, which you must click to perform the last part of the renewal.
From the car you can select the renewal period (1,2,3,5 or 10 years). When you have the domain or domains in the shopping cart, tap on the option Next step to follow the payment process and complete the renewal process.
