Domain Management: Renew a domain
To renew your domain you have two options, from the renewals panel or from the domain management panel.
Below we detail both options.
1.- Renewals panel.
In the "Basic service list" you must access the renewals panel that you will find at the top of the screen, where it will indicate the number of pending renewals.
In the "renewals panel" or "renewals center" you will be able to see the services you have contracted and that are pending renewal. You must click on the option Renew for each of the services you want to renew and the product will automatically be added to the shopping cart.
After clicking the "Renew" option, the "Go to cart" option will appear. You must click this option to go to the shopping cart and complete the final part of the renewal.
From the cart you will be able to select the renewal period (1,2,3,5 or 10 years). When you have the domain or domains in the shopping cart, click on the option Next step to continue the payment process and complete the renewal process.
2.- Domain management panel
From the domain management panel you will be able to renew the domain by clicking on the option Renew now.
Once you click the "Renew now" option, the "Domain added to cart" option will appear, which you must click to complete the final part of the renewal.
From the cart you will be able to select the renewal period (1,2,3,5 or 10 years). When you have the domain or domains in the shopping cart, click on the option Next step to continue the payment process and complete the renewal process.
