Information from the list of registered domains

To access the "List of Registered Domains", you can do it from the "Basic list of services" by clicking on the Domain List option.


From the "List of registered domains" you can manage your domains clearly and effectively.


Filter domains by search: you can select different criteria to perform your search more precisely. Select the right one according to your needs. You can deploy filtering options by deploying the More Options button.


Once the "More Options" button is displayed, you can quickly and effectively list domains based on their status, attributes or extension.


By State
  • Assets: domains that are active will be listed.
  • Expired: domains that are expired will be listed.
  • Expire in 30 days: domains to expire within 30 days of the date of the consultation will be listed.
  • Expire in 60 days: domains to expire within 60 days of the date of the consultation will be listed.
  • Expire in 90 days: domains to expire within 90 days of the date on which the consultation takes place will be listed.
  • In transfer: domains under transfer will be listed
  • Redemp. period: domains in period of punishment will be listed
By Attributes
  • Blocked: domains that are blocked will be listed.
  • Unlocked: domains that are unlocked will be listed.
  • Whois Private: domains which have private whois enabled will be listed.
  • Private Whois disabled: domains which do not have private whois enabled will be listed.
  • Active expiration notices: domains which have expiration notices enabled will be listed.
  • Expiry notice deactivated: domains which have expiration notices deactivated will be listed.
  • Auto renewal. activated: domains with automatic renewal enabled will be listed.
  • Auto renewal. disabled: domains that do not have automatic renewal enabled will be listed.
By extension
  • Domains will be listed according to the selected extension: asia, be, biz, cat, cc, co.uk, com.es, de, eu, info, me, mobi, name, net, nl, nom.es, org,
By clicking on the letters will show the registered domains starting with the letter.


The list of registered domains consists of the following fields:


  • Name: the domain name
  • State: possible domain states will be displayed. Active for domains that have not exceeded the expiry date. Renewable for extensions that do not have a grace period and can be renewed 60 days before their expiry. Expired for domains that have exceeded their expiry date but can be renewed at the usual rate. Redemption Period for domains that are punished, so they will have an additional cost for renewal.
  • Expiry: the date on which the domain expires.
  • Action: clicking on the "Manage" button (tools) accesses the control panel of each domain. By clicking on the "Renew" option adds the domain to the shopping cart for renewal.
  • Domain block: By clicking this option you can block the domain (not available for all extensions).
  • Dnssec: you can turn DNSSEC on or off (not available for all extensions).
  • Automatic renewal: by clicking on this option you can enable automatic domain renewal.
  • Register domain: direct access to the web for domain registration.
  • Download in CSV format: you can download the current list in Excel or Open Office compatible spreadsheet format.
If you need to perform operations that affect more than one domain, you can make use of "Multiple Operations". By selecting domains through the checkbox you will mark the domains you want to modify massively. The operations that you can carry out are as follows:


  • Block/Unlock domains: you can block/unlock the domains you have selected massively. You will receive an email notification confirming the change of status.
  • Enable/deactivate private WHOIS: you can enable/deactivate the privacy of the whois data of the selected TLDs domains (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz).
  • Enable/deacable automatic renewal: if you are a user of a "Ball" or have a card entered, you can enable automatic renewal of your domains.
  • Renew domains: you can add all selected domains to the renewal cart.
  • Modify DNS servers: you can modify the DNS servers of all domains, remember that the current servers will be replaced by the new ones you put. Once the change has been made, you will receive an email notification confirming the change.
  • Transfer to other cdmon users: you can transfer to another user all the domains you have selected.
