How to activate the cdmon Domain API

The Domains API is a tool that allows you to perform many of the operations available within the control panel and the commercial website through a simple request to an API that we provide.
 
In this guide we show the steps to follow to activate the Domains API in your cdmon user account from the control panel.
 
Access "User and security"
Activate API Key
Email verification
Generated API Key
 
1- Access "User and security"
  • Go to your cdmon user control panel.
  • Click on "User and security".
 

2- Activate API Key
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Click on "Activate API Key".
  • Accept the service conditions.
 
 
3- Email verification
  • The system will send a security code to the cdmon contact email.
  • Click on "Send" to receive the code.
  • Enter the code and confirm.
 

  • The email you will receive looks like this:
 

4- Generated API Key
  • Once confirmed, the API Key will be ready to use.
  • You can regenerate or deactivate the API Key at any time.
 

Note:
  • When you regenerate the API Key, the previous one will stop working.
  • If you deactivate the API Key, you will need to reactivate the service to obtain a new one.
