FAQs: Microplan

Question: What is the microplan?
Answer:
The microplan is a free hosting plan that can be activated with each domain you contract. It works like any other hosting plan with its own features.

Q: How is it activated?
A:
You can activate the microplan directly from the domain control panel. Simply by accessing the domain management, you will have the button to activate it.
Its activation is instantaneous.

Q: Do I have to renew it?
A:
The microplan is associated with the domain, so it is renewed each time the domain is renewed.

Q: What features does it have?
A:
With the microplan, you have the following features:
  • 50MB of web space.
  • 1 GB of monthly transfer.
  • 1 email account with 100MB of space.
  • Does not include Mysql.
  • Does not include PHP.

Q: Can it be upgraded?
A:
The microplan can be upgraded to a higher hosting plan. From the hosting control panel, you can upgrade the microplan to a hosting plan.

Q: If I have hosting on another plan, can I switch it to a microplan?
A:
If you already have hosting for a domain but want it to be hosted on the microplan, you must first change the name of the current hosting to another name and then you can activate the microplan.

Once the website is on the microplan, you can cancel the previous hosting.

Q: Can I deactivate the microplan?
A:
Yes. From the microplan hosting control panel, you have an option to delete it.

Remember that if you delete it, you lose the hosting content and any emails you had in the email account.
