 You must request the domain registration directly from the domain registration page.
 
Q: What is the registration process for a .lotto domain?
A: During registration, you must enter your contact ID and the verification code that was provided to all approved registrants before the availability of that .lotto.

Q: What requirements must I meet to register a .lotto domain?
A: To register .lotto domains you must meet one of these 3 requirements:

Eligible Registrants must be licensed or authorized to conduct lotteries by a jurisdiction domiciled in a state recognized by the United Nations. 
Goods and Services Providers to the Lottery Industry
Eligible Registrants are organizations that supply goods or services to the lottery industry and are members of an approved standards body.
 
Approved Bodies
Eligible registrants must be part of approved standards bodies: World Lottery Association (WLA) and the regional associations it recognizes.
 
Q: What does it mean that the domain is active or inactive?
A: When registering a .lotto domain you must select whether you want the domain to be active or inactive:
  • Active: The domain will resolve at the DNS level.
  • Inactive: The domain does not resolve at the DNS level. The domain will not be operational.
