How to buy additional mailboxes in your hosting plan
In some cases, you may need to increase the maximum number of email accounts you can create in your hosting plans. Below, we present the email service features available in all our hosting plans:
Note: All email accounts have a 5 GB limit. However, they can be expanded to 20 GB by upgrading to a Premium account. You can follow this link to learn how to do it.
Increasing the number of email accounts in the hosting can be done by upgrading your hosting plan to a higher one. Additional email accounts can also be added to your current hosting plan at a cost of €0.40 + VAT/month for each additional account. This applies to all shared hosting plans:
- Microplan: Includes one 100 MB email account. This plan does not allow additional email account expansion and requires upgrading to a higher plan.
- Start: Includes 1 email account
- Mail: Includes 10 email accounts, Mail service only
- Junior: Includes 10 email accounts
- Senior: Includes 50 email accounts
- Master: Includes 75 email accounts
Note: We also offer virtual and dedicated servers that allow you to create as many email accounts as you want, without size limitations, taking into account the space assigned to each hosting.

In this guide, we provide a step-by-step explanation on how to add additional mailboxes to your hosting plan, allowing you to manage your communications more effectively and in a much more personalized way.
First, access the hosting management from the basic service list by clicking on the hosting option.
When accessing the hosting management, you can see a summary of your hosting features. By clicking on the Change option, you can increase or reduce the features of your current hosting plan.
When modifying the features, you can edit the web space, transfer, and email account parameters of the hosting plan. In this guide, we will detail the latter.
On the left side, the “Current configuration” is displayed, where you can check the number of created accounts and the maximum allowed by your hosting plan. On the right side, the “New configuration” is displayed, where you can upgrade the hosting to a higher plan or increase the number of email accounts in the hosting.

The system will allow us to select two ways to pay for the upgrade cost.
Add to cart: we will add the upgrade amount to the shopping cart. You can then select the payment method that best suits your needs (Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, or Paypal).
Compensate expiration date: this system allows you to pay for the upgrade using the available balance of the current hosting. It will reduce the expiration date according to the new daily cost. When selecting this option, a third screen will appear showing the breakdown of the operation, giving you the option to accept it or not.
Once you have confirmed all the information, you can activate the modification. If you are not satisfied with the payment method or the plan features, click on Change payment method or Modify data.
