How to create premium email accounts
If you want to assign more resources to your email account you can upgrade it to Premium. This modification allows you to have 20 GB of space and 1500 daily sends. If you do not yet have any account, we recommend reviewing the following link from our help to create a new account.
To upgrade your account to Premium you can follow these steps:
1.-Manage the upgrade
Access the option "Manage email" from the "Basic service list".
2.-Activate the account premium
Within the list of email accounts you can see an icon showing 20 GB and allows you to start the upgrade to Premium. This action is individual for each account, so you must select the desired email.
Check that the email account is the correct one and accept the action.
Once the account has been confirmed, you must choose the type of payment. You have two options, make the payment or reduce the expiration date of the hosting. Select the option that best suits your needs and confirm the action by clicking Upgrade to account premium.
