To upload your website to your hosting account at cdmon, you need an FTP client.
In the cdmon Control Panel, you have an intuitive web manager that allows you to perform the most common operations. The "WebFTP" service features allow you to access your hosting via FTP using a simple web browser from any computer with an Internet connection.
To connect to the "webFTP" service, you need a username and password, which you can find in your cdmon control panel, under hosting management, in the Hosting information section. By clicking the eye icon, you can view the password, which is hidden for security reasons.
Once you have the connection details, you must access the FTP manager from the hosting management panel itself by clicking the Web FTP Access (net2ftp) icon in the 'File managers' section.
In the webFTP access panel, you must enter the FTP details (username and password) found in the 'Hosting information' section.
When accessing webFTP, you can view the files and/or directories in your hosting account and perform actions such as uploading files, moving, deleting, creating directories, and even modifying permissions, all within a simple and user-friendly graphical environment.
As you can see, on the left side of the panel you have a series of options for creating or uploading content.
On the right side of the Net2ftp panel, you can view the remaining operations that can be performed on files and/or directories in your hosting account.
You must first select the directory or file you wish to configure. To do so, select the checkbox as shown in the following image.
Then select the action you wish to perform:
Copy: copies the selected files or directories to the destination path you choose, and can even connect to another hosting account to copy the selected data there.
Move: moves the selected files or directories to the destination path you choose, and can even connect to another hosting account to move the selected data there.
Delete: deletes the selected files or directories.
Rename: modifies the name of the selected files or directories.
Permissions: modifies the permissions (chmod) of the selected files or directories.
Download: downloads the selected files or directories to your computer in compressed "zip" format.
Compress: compresses the previously selected files or directories into "zip" format within your hosting account, or sends them compressed via email.
Extract: extracts the selected files in "zip, tar, tgz, or gz" formats to the desired path in your hosting account.
Size: checks the size of the selected files or directories.
Search: performs a search by phrase, word, size, name, or modification date within the selected files or directories.
