To create an email account, you need to access the cdmon "Control Panel". To do this, go to the corporate website cdmon.com and in the upper-right corner you will find the access form to log in with your details. Once you have accessed the "Control Panel", you must follow these steps.
1.-Enter the hosting email management section
Regardless of the plan you have contracted, in the basic services list you will find the EMAIL option, in this case a Senior plan with the associated name example.com.
2.-Create the account
If you are accessing it for the first time, you have two options to create it, as you can see in the following image. If you already have accounts created, you will see active accounts in the account list. If, on the other hand, you still need to create them, click Create account.
3.-What information do we need to create it?
- First, you need to enter a name for the account in the Account name field. The most commonly used are info@, admin@, contact@, ...
- Think of a password to associate with this account and memorize it, as you will need it in the future to access SOGo Webmail or configure it in an email manager such as Mac Mail, Outlook, etc.
- The account space. By default, the maximum available space appears, 5120 MB. If you need more space in the account, you can upgrade it to Premium once it is active.
- Once the details have been entered and you have clicked Create account, a pop-up will open with the actions you can perform:
Manage email: you access the account management section, where you have options such as Edit account, Autoresponder and Import mail.
Access webmail: you access SOGo webmail to manage your email account.
Check the help to configure email: you access the cdmon help page, with links to guides for configuring your email account in the main email managers (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.).
Create another email account: you access Account management, where you can create a new email account.
4.-Manage the account once created
