WordPress can sometimes experience issues with installed plugins, which may prevent access to the WordPress admin panel.
In this case, you can access your hosting account via FTP and manually deactivate the plugin that is causing the issue.
First of all, access your hosting account via FTP.
Once connected, navigate to the /web folder and then open the /wp-content folder, as shown in the image below:

Inside the /web directory, locate and open the /wp-content folder as shown below:

The /wp-content folder contains all the content uploaded or installed in WordPress. Here you will find the folder that contains all installed plugins:

Inside the /plugins folder, you will see a list of all installed plugins. To deactivate a plugin, you can either delete its folder directly or rename the folder to something else. Once renamed, WordPress will no longer detect the plugin and it will be automatically deactivated.
