First of all, we recommend freeing up space directly from the server's SOGo. This ensures that the emails you are deleting are actually being removed directly from the server and, therefore, that space is being freed from the account.
Once you access the account from which you want to free up space, go to the inbox of the account. Since this is an example account, only two emails are shown:
To free up storage, you simply need to delete emails so they no longer occupy space on the server. Open the email you want to delete, go to the top-right option, and select "Delete":
IMPORTANT: If you want to delete more than one email at a time, you must do it directly from the inbox. Simply select the emails you want to delete by pressing Ctrl + Click on the emails you want to remove, so they all remain selected:
IMPORTANT: In many cases, we want to delete the emails that occupy the most space on the server. In that case, we recommend applying a filter in your inbox so that the emails taking up the most "size" appear first.
To do this, simply go to the inbox, click on "Options", and select the following list of options:
How can we verify that the deleted emails have been properly removed from the account? To check that the account has available space, go to the "Account Management" section in your control panel and locate the account where you freed up space:
