How to renew the test platform

The renewal of the Testing Platform must be done every 90 days and it is completely free.
 
You will receive an email indicating that it is about to expire and that it must be renewed. You just have to follow the link included in the email and complete the renewal process.

When there are 5 days left before the 90-day lifetime of the Testing Platform ends, you will receive an email inviting you to renew the Testing Platform for free.



To do this, you only have to click the link labeled Control Panel, which opens a browser from which you reach the Testing Platform Control Panel page.

Once you have accessed the Control Panel with your username and password, you will reach the main page of the Testing Platform (within the hosting section). There you must click the button labeled Renew, located on the right side of the Hosting Information.
 

By clicking the 'Renew' button, the system will request confirmation of the renewal.
 
 
As indicated in the message, renewing the Testing Platform is free.
 
After accepting, the page will indicate that the platform’s expiration time has been renewed for 90 more days.
 
If you try to renew the platform again, you will receive an error message indicating that the platform cannot be renewed until 10 days before the expiration date.
 
 
Important: If at any time you forget to renew the platform, you have 5 courtesy days to renew it from your panel. After these 5 courtesy days have passed, the platform will be deleted and you will have 5 additional days to open a support ticket to recover the platform, subject to a recovery management fee of 30€ + VAT.
