Sometimes you may need to recover deleted content from your hosting or return the website to a previous state due to a programming failure or error.
In this guide we will show how to check the status of a restoration once it has been executed. We will also show how to view the history of all restorations made on that hosting.
To do this you must access the page, go to the
hosting management and in the 'Security' section click on the option Restore backup.
Next, go to the section History of restorations performed and click on the link marked in the following image:
Once there you will be able to see in the List of restorations all the restorations performed on that hosting:
In "Start date" and "End date" you can see the exact moment when the restoration started and when it finished. In "Backup date" you will see the day of the backup that was restored.
If you access the backup history when you have launched a restoration, you will see that it appears as in progress as shown in the image:
When the restoration finishes, the status "in progress" will change to Successful/Error depending on how the restoration ended. You will automatically receive an email informing you about it.
