From the control panel you can manage the white-label data for service notifications for your cdmon user.
In this window you can configure the information that will be sent to you in communications, which communications these will be, and the data that will appear in the "Registration Service Provider" field when performing a whois lookup on your domains.
First, go to "User management" and select "Service notifications". Within this section, look for the "White Label" option and click on it.
If this is your first time using this tool, you will see a screen with the terms of use. It is important that you read and accept them to continue. You will be able to enable and disable domain white-label after accepting the terms
When clicking the button, the panel will display a window indicating the need to confirm and accept the GDPR terms of use for white-label notifications to your customers:
When activating this service, you must click the "Activate white label" button again. The panel will display a form where you can fill in the white-label emails that will be sent with the data you configure below.
SPF RECORD CONFIGURATION
To be able to send emails from an email address in White Label communications, you must ensure that the email account you use is valid for sending emails from our server. If the email account is not valid, the destination server may reject the sent emails. It is essential that the domain of the assigned email account has the necessary authorization to send correctly (DomAuth). This can be achieved in two ways:
Domain managed within the same cdmon user account:
No additional action is necessary, as the configuration is done automatically.
The domain is not in the same user account or is outside cdmon:
When opening the dropdown of available email accounts, the domain you want to assign for sending may not appear. In that case, you need to validate the domain with DomAuth so that it becomes available in the selection list.
IMPORTANT:You may receive an alert from the control panel if it detects that your domain needs SPF or if it is not configured correctly. In this case, you must add our server or the corresponding mailing IP to the SPF record of the assigned domain. We explain how to proceed depending on your situation:
The domain and hosting are in the same cdmon user account:
No additional action is necessary, as all hosting plans have include:_spf.srv.cat configured by default in the SPF record.
The domain is not in the same user account or is outside cdmon:
It will be necessary to validate the domain with DomAuth so that it appears in the selection list, as we specified in the previous step.
The email with the associated domain does not exist or is outside cdmon:
It is necessary to configure the SPF to validate the White Label notifications server by adding one of the following options to the domain's SPF record:
include:vxsys-mailingma-01.srv.cat
include:_spf.srv.cat
IMPORTANT: It is essential to maintain the specified configuration to continue using the tool. If you delete the SPF record or edit it so that we cannot validate the domain, White Label notifications will be automatically disabled.
A little further down, in the "Whois server data" section, you can also configure what information you want to appear in the whois information of the domains registered in your cdmon user account, choosing between:
-Show my data as provider: The data established in the "Provider data" field just configured will be displayed.
-Show cdmon.com data: The default cdmon data will be displayed.
This field allows you to choose what information you want to be displayed in the "Registration Service Provider" (provider information) when someone performs a Whois search on your domain.
Once you have assigned all the information, click on "Save data" to apply all changes
