How to verify which hosting plan you had associated in the past from our dashboard

Sometimes, you may need to remember or verify which hosting plan you had associated in the past. This can be important for a variety of reasons, such as migrating to a new plan, recalling the features of a previous plan, or making comparisons between current and past plans.

In our control panel, it is important to note that we do not keep a detailed history of actions performed by customers, including plan changes. However, there is a simple and reliable way to obtain this information: through the list of invoices and payments made. Below, we show you how:

First of all, you must access the Invoice List in our control panel. To do this, simply click on the blue Billing button located in the upper right corner and then click on List invoices:

Once there, you will see all the invoices generated under your cdmon user account. This includes all payments for registered domains, hosting services, WordPress consulting services, among others.

For this example, we have changed our Senior plan to a Master plan from the control panel, and these changes are also reflected in the invoice list:

As you can see, the previous plan was the Senior plan, and it was upgraded to the Master plan, which is the most recent invoice available and therefore corresponds to the current hosting configuration.

If you want to know which hosting plan you originally had, you simply need to look for the relevant invoice and check which plan you had before making the change. If you have any doubts, you can manually download the invoices until you find the one that shows the old plan.

IMPORTANT: It is possible that when you made the hosting change, you did not only modify this hosting, but also selected multiple products, such as renewing a Virtual server or even two hosting plans at the same time. In these cases, the Concept field in the invoice list is not as clear, since when there is more than one product, the name cannot be assigned as clearly. In such cases, we recommend downloading the relevant invoice and reviewing which service was upgraded.
