ICANN, the organization responsible for managing Internet domains, opened the registration of new top-level domains at the end of 2013 for companies, organizations, cities, or individuals. This makes it possible to have our own domain name.
These are new generic extensions (initially more than 1,900 were requested) with very different themes (business, industry, money, technology, sports, food, health, adult, cities, culture, etc.) that are offered for private use, for brands, and even open to the general public.
Thanks to these extensions, we can strengthen our presence on the Internet, position ourselves within a specific sector, and differentiate ourselves from the competition.

3.-Restrictions
Restrictions on the registration of new gTLDs
New gTLD domains can have a maximum of 63 characters and a minimum of 2.
The accepted characters for domain registration are: a-z, 0-9 and -. The - cannot be placed at the beginning or end of the name.
Restrictions on the renewal of new gTLDs
Restrictions on the transfer of new gTLDs
They cannot be transferred if they are expired.
They cannot be transferred if they have the status ClientTransferProhibited.
To initiate the transfer, the AUTHCODE is essential.
To accept the transfer, it is essential to have access to the email of the domain's administrative contact.
4.-New gTLDs with special IDN characters
At the moment, cdmon does not offer new gTLDs with special characters (IDN). We are working to incorporate this functionality.
